Lenovo A328 Hard Reset and remove pattern lock
With this HARD RESET Method Will Lenovo A328 to factory settings by using a keys combination without requiring the phone to be power on.
Use it if you forget your security code or if you have various problems with the phone software.
it will NOT UNLOCK the network lock. This method does not reset the PIN code of the SIM card.

How To Hard Reset:
1.Power Off 
2. Press Volume Down + Volume Up + Power Key
3. left the power key when you see Lenovo Logo
4. Keep pressing Volume up + down till you get factory reset Menu. 
5. Move to wipe data/factory rest.
6. Conform with Volume Up key 
7. Move to wipe all user data via volume down
8. Conform with Volume Up key
9. Reboot now Conform with Volume Up key
